Want to get more people to eat fruit?  How about kids?

Well researchers from Cornell University found that putting fruit in a colorful bowl was enough to increase the sale of fruit by 104%. This simple change is proposed by the Smarter Lunchrooms Movement of the Cornell Center for Behavioral Economics in Child Nutrition Programs (BEN).  The goal of Ben is to fight childhood obesity and by adopting simple changes in the lunchroom, an improved diet for children could be possible. For adults too.

So put your fruit in a colorful bowl and get healthy.
